We would like to inform you that over the next few days, during the evenings, maintenance work will be performed on all servers related to the Linux kernel update. This update is necessary due to the identification of the “CVE-2026-31431” vulnerability.
The vulnerability itself does not pose a direct threat to us due to our configuration. However, we take security very seriously, and the update is also recommended by the manufacturer.
Due to the update, there may be temporary service interruptions between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Each server should be unavailable for no longer than 30 minutes. The work will begin today.
The CVE-2026-41940 vulnerability was fixed by an update

A vulnerability "CVE-2026-41940" has recently been identified in cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM).
We take security very seriously and monitor vulnerabilities on an ongoing basis. As soon as a patch became available, our administrators immediately began the update process.

Difficulties in registering/renewing global domains with our partner

Today, the partner company responsible for registering and renewing many global domains is experiencing system disruptions. This is due to issues on our partner's side, altumhost systems run stable .
Therefore, there may be difficulties registering and renewing foreign domains.
We are awaiting a resolution from the partner.
This information does not apply to eu and pl domains, which are registered and renewed correctly.
Service work on the one of network connections (exatel)

On April 14, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out on the Exatel network starting at 11:00 PM.
The planned completion date for the modernization work is April 15, 2026, at 6:00 AM.
Due to the fact that we use multiple network connections, this work will not impact the operation of our services.
DDoS attack on p3

Since around 4:00 AM today, a very large DDoS attack has been occurring on one of our p3 servers where your hosting account is hosted. Our administrators are working tirelessly to block this malicious traffic, and thousands of attacking IP addresses are being blocked. Websites hosted on the p3 server may be unavailable – we apologize for the inconvenience – we are continuing our efforts to defeat the attack.
Over the past four hours, our system has detected over 10 million IP addresses from most countries around the world attacking this server simultaneously.
Update 10:50AM:
The attack is ongoing; all accounts using the targeted IP address have been migrated to a different IP. Customers utilizing external DNS servers have been notified. The attack is being monitored and currently poses no threat to customer account operations.
Planned works on the n3 and p4 server – 17/18.02.2026

On the night of February 17th to 18th (Tuesday/Wednesday), after midnight, scheduled maintenance will be carried out on the n3 and p4 servers.
The maintenance will last approximately 60 minutes, and the n3 and p4 servers will be unavailable during this time.

These works applies only to backup servers.
These works do not affect the operation of hosting servers.

All services that use Cloudflare may experience performance issues.
