Please be advised that we have experienced a temporary failure of network switches in our server room, which may cause difficulties in accessing some of our services.
Our system administrators have already taken action and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
UPDATE 15:30:
Due to the extreme heat, one of the air conditioning units in our server room has malfunctioned. As a result of the temperature rise, some servers are currently running slower, which may also affect access to certain services, such as databases or the web server.
We are currently awaiting an emergency call-out for the air conditioning service. The repair work is scheduled to start at 16:30 and is expected to be completed around 18:00. Until then, some services may operate at reduced capacity.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
UPDATE August 7:
During the air conditioning failure which was replaced with a new unit on August 6, 2026, at approximately 6:40 p.m. - server s54 lost access to the databases. We began corrective actions, but it was necessary to contact the software vendors’ support teams - the website is being brought back online continuously, one page at a time. The issue turned out to be a desynchronization of MySQL database users.
UPDATE 2:20 PM:
As of 2:20 PM, access to approximately half of the websites on the server has been restored. Access to the databases for subsequent subpages is being restored continuously. Based on the duration of the process, work is scheduled to be completed around 7:00 PM - at which point all websites should be fully operational.
UPDATE 5.50 PM:
As of 5:50 PM, database access has been restored for 519 accounts, which represents the vast majority of those hosted on the server. Access to databases for the remaining accounts continues to be restored. The work is expected to be completed shortly.
UPDATE 7:05 PM:
Database user restoration work has been completed. All accounts and websites should now be working correctly.
Maintenance work on one of the server connections

On the night of July 23, 2026 (Thursday), emergency maintenance will be performed on one of the switches at one of our internet service providers.
The outage should last no more than a few dozen minutes. Since we use multiple connections, this maintenance will not affect the operation of our company’s services.
Account backup errors

Due to a software bug in JetBackup caused by the latest version of the rsync protocol, some hosting accounts may experience issues with creating backups. We are actively monitoring the situation and will implement updates immediately upon their release.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however, this issue originates with the software provider and is beyond our control.

Over the next few days, work will be performed on all servers in the evenings as part of a Linux kernel update.
The update is necessary due to the identified vulnerability ‘CVE-2026-43499’.
We take security very seriously, and the update itself is also recommended by software developer.
Due to the update, there may be a service interruption between 9.00 pm and 2.00 am. The interruption should not last longer than 30 minutes on each server. We are starting the work today (Thursday 9 July 2026).

The work will take approximately 60 minutes, during which these servers will be unavailable.

Recently patched vulnerabilities

Recently, an increased number of vulnerabilities have been reported in the cPanel system and in the Linux kernel.
All identified security vulnerabilities were fixed promptly as soon as the relevant updates were released by the vendors. We have also checked all servers for these vulnerabilities, and no threats were found on any of them.

We would like to inform you that over the next few days, during the evenings, maintenance work will be performed on all servers related to the Linux kernel update. This update is necessary due to the identification of the “CVE-2026-31431” vulnerability.
The vulnerability itself does not pose a direct threat to us due to our configuration. However, we take security very seriously, and the update is also recommended by the manufacturer.
Due to the update, there may be temporary service interruptions between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Each server should be unavailable for no longer than 30 minutes. The work will begin today.
The CVE-2026-41940 vulnerability was fixed by an update

A vulnerability "CVE-2026-41940" has recently been identified in cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM).
We take security very seriously and monitor vulnerabilities on an ongoing basis. As soon as a patch became available, our administrators immediately began the update process.
Currently, all servers have been updated. At this time, the risk has been eliminated.
